Hello. Thank you for stopping by!
Bernadette Murray-Macioce resides in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge, where she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. She has worked as a senior graphic designer and writer, and tourism marketing specialist. Most recently, she was in the role of Tourism Support Staff for the City of Cascade Locks. Bernadette helped to guide Cascade Locks through the difficulties of recovering after the historical Eagle Creek Fire. She worked for two decades as the graphic designer for Turtle Island, South Seas Adventures, and other tour operators to the Fiji Islands. Long-term clients include The Hood River Fruit Loop, Oregon Zoo, Ronald McDonald Houses of the PNW, Martin's Gorge Tours, and others. First owning a Macintosh in 1985, she is digitally proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, and Microsoft Office. Being familiar with both print and digital projects allows her to take a project from concept-to-completion. Her design work encompasses printed and digital marketing materials for tourism, including 5-star resorts to animated ads displayed in NYC taxis.
